We are very pleased! Functions very well. Our deck faces South so we have sun all day long. Now at last we can sit out there and have some shade. Communication with Sunjoy about some questions was very good. I put the Pergola together myself with help from my wife maybe for 15 minutes and the rest I could do alone.

Although things started out kind of rocky, as I was missing parts in the initial shipment, the replacement parts got to me a quickly as can be expected. Put together by myself, which was a bit of a task, but absolutely love the end results.

It took about 3 days and was frustrating for my husband at times but it is so well made and looks awesome. Look forward to getting full use out of it next year. Don't forget to take the film off the roof panels!
We turned this adorable shed into a farm store and are so happy with the results. It's the perfect space to welcome our community and share eggs, baked goods, and produce with customers. Assembly was straightforward but did require significant manual labor. A team of 2-3 men could put it together in a full weekend of work. The biggest pros of this building is the modular aspect, which allows you to place the windows wherever you would like (sides or back). We placed both windows on the back wall, which allowed us to increase airflow and keep it cooler inside the shed, essential for using it as a farm store. We also love the french doors. They're so beautiful, super functional, and easy to use. Everything is very high quality and worth the investment. Since welcoming customers, I am regularly receiving compliments about the structure. We are so happy with our farm store!!

The gazebo is a great addition to our property and it’s quality will last a very long time!

The gazebo looks nice and sturdy enough, and it wasn't missing any part - which was great, seeing how it seems to happen quite often. It took a few good hours for four not that handy people to put it together, mostly because the instructions are half-impossible to figure out. We were all joking how we're all good with Ikea instructions, but the ones for the gazebo are next level! ?

Super fast delivery, a few dings and scuff but the company was very quick to respond and work with me. Directions could use a little text to go with it as pictures don't show it all clearly. But got it together and in place and fit the deck perfectly. Now to sit in the hot tub on a rain coastal day and watch the cruise ships go by under my great gazebo. I can definitely recommend SunJoy!

The gazebo is lovely. It fits very well in our space. A little difficult setting up. A few parts in the beginning of set up were not labeled, but after an hour of assembling and reassembling we managed to get it together. We have had a few wind events and it held up just fine. Light rain is held at bay, but a heavier rain manages to get through. I would recommend and would purchase again in the future. I'm happy to use a Canadian Company. Thank you for following up on our purchase.

Order process was very easy. Delivery was quick, and everything was well packaged. Assembly went fairly well, considering we are two 63 year old people putting this up. Total about 16 hours. But that time could have been cut down dramatically had we not had issues with the plastic cling wrap on all of the roof panels. It was not easy to pull off. That may have been the most frustrating part of the construction. Instructions to assemble are basic, and some of the pictures don't make sense until you get the pieces in hand. But all Instructions seem to be like this now. The quality seems good. We have another brand of gazebo up beside it (10 × 12), and comparing the two, the 10 x 12 has a more robust build. The corner posts are bigger and all of the top rails are double wood rails. The Sunjoy gazebo has single top rails, which is concerning considering the longer span on this 16 x 12 gazebo. The smaller posts aren't a concern. Hopefully we get years of use out of this new addition to our backyard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend purchasing from Sunjoy.
This is a beautiful addition to our cottage. It’s very sturdy and will hopefully endure our northern Alberta winters. Assembly was well handled by my 4 adult children in about 5 hours. The toughest part was peeling the film of each piece off the tin roof! Love it and plan to have many good times under this shelter for years to come.

The gazebo looks great! There were quite a few issues assembling it though. I had to bend many pieces to the proper position. I also had to have one piece bent into place at a machine shop. I have an ongoing issue with one of the rails that holds the mesh and panels in place. The piece was off the weld at one end. I've had it welded back twice at a welding shop. It doesn't seem strong enough now to hold the privacy panel. Other than that, it was straight forward to assemble.

It looks nice but does not look like 500+ lb.. The parts are not damaged after shipment and the installation is smooth. I think it would be better if the gazebo can come with gutter and mosquito netting. The top may be very soon damaged by the hail.

This pergola was very easy to put together and anchor to my stone pad. It was exactly what we were missing in our backyard. I love that the posts look like real wood but they are coated metal so it does not require any maintenance. I will remove the cover on top in the winter months. I'm really happy with this purchase!

We have had this for about two months now and I never imagined the difference it would make in our family life! We now eat outside for dinner a few nights a week and even our small kids like to get involved with cooking and with the kitchen, we are able to do everything outside and stay together! My husband was able to install water into the kitchen very easily And we are so impressed!
Great gazebo easy to put together(all screws, no nuts and bolts like others which is a pain). Great rain performance good drainage etc. Giving it 4 stars since it doesnt provide very good shade from the direct sun in low wind conditions. The dark roof gets so hot that it radiates downward to those below seeking shelter.....makes it even hotter. I covered my roof with reflective garage door insulation and it greatly improved the sun shelter performance. Also keeps the propane heat in much better when your looking for shelter from the cold. Looks ridiculous but oh well. Overall Im satisfied now after the modification.

We bought this in a rush to shade our BBQ island for the 4th of July. It arrived quickly and took 2 men , 2 days to build. Fairly easy. The gray faux wood posts are durable high quality, but light weight. The color is pleasing.
Just put it together and overall it seems great. Had a couple of defect but nothing that was too crazy. Shipping experience was great. Instruction manual could be better to help with easier installation.

But what I love the many options you have to keep it powered. Adding the solar panel is a game changer. Now, I don't have to use my other power bank or my car to charge the battery.
