We currently ship to most locations across Canada, excluding remote or hard-to-access areas such as theΒ Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador.

We partner with major carriers and LTL freight companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. Large items will be delivered curbside, and a signature may be required upon delivery.
7. Split Shipments
Depending on the size and availability of your order, items may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates. Tracking will be provided for each shipment.
8. Delivery Issues & Refusals
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Refused deliveries without prior authorization may incur return shipping fees.
